What exactly is 'natural wine'?
Natural wine is made from grapes farmed organically or biodynamically, fermented with native yeasts, and produced with little to no additives or sulfites. It is wine in its purest, unadulterated form.
Do I need to be home to sign for my delivery?
Yes. Federal law requires an adult signature (21+) for all alcohol deliveries. We recommend shipping to a business address if you are not home during the day to ensure a successful first delivery attempt.
What is your policy on heat damage during shipping?
We monitor weather conditions closely. If it is too hot to ship safely, we will hold your order at no cost until temperatures cool down to protect the integrity of your wine.
Can I return a bottle if I don't like it?
While we cannot accept returns on opened bottles due to the subjective nature of taste, if you receive a bottle that is flawed (corked or oxidized), please contact us within 30 days for a replacement or store credit.
How should I store my natural wines?
Natural wines are living products and are more sensitive to temperature than conventional wines. We recommend storing them in a cool, dark place, ideally between 55-60°F, to maintain their freshness.
