A fun organic blend of 35% Merlot, 29% Grenache Blanc, 18% Refosco, 15% Sangiovese, and 3% Tempranillo. This is a light, chillable red that is very complex due to the red fermentations seeing a portion of stem inclusion in the winemaking process. It has the ability to age for a few years in bottle but we say drink it now and enjoy it with just about any food!
