Crafted by Laurent Cazottes, a master distiller-turned-natural winemaker, this cuvée blends native grapes from biodynamically farmed vineyards in the Tarn. Fermented with native yeasts and aged without any additives, Rackham is juicy, untamed, and seriously drinkable.
