A unique field blend of red and white grapes grown on a limestone plot lovingly recultivated by Steffi and Eddi. Crafted with spontaneity and freedom, two-thirds of the grapes are pressed directly while one-third undergoes short maceration, fermenting and aging in large wooden vats and 1500L barrels. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, and without added sulfur, Cecilia shines as an inspiring and unconventional rosé.
