Delicious sparkler from Muscadet’s biodynamic legend Jo Landron. Here, he steps outside his norm, working with Folle Blanche, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir grapes. It's hard not to compare this to the big C (Champagne), but it's so much more than an imitation. Alongside the toasty, chalky energy there's a lemon-y, savory quality that feels (spoiler alert!) distinctly like Muscadet here. Beyond beautiful alongside a plate of oysters.
