An extra brut, vibrant sparkling wine made from 100% Blaufränkisch grapes, grown on the steep, mineral-rich slopes of Haloze Hills. Crafted using both traditional and modern techniques, the wine undergoes a brief 4-hour maceration, followed by a cold fermentation. Its secondary fermentation preserves freshness, resulting in a crisp and varietal-focused sparkling rosé with playful bubbles.
