Meinklang farms biodynamically in Burgenland, Austria, working with indigenous yeasts and minimal intervention to produce wines that feel alive, clear, and deeply enjoyable. Across these four bottles, the emphasis is on freshness and ease, without sacrificing depth or character.

Each wine is expressive without being heavy, versatile at the table, and suited for different moods and moments. Given Meinklang’s small production and consistent demand, bundles like this remain limited and tend to move quickly.

Nacht Edition 4 Österreich Red NV

A beautifully balanced red with bright acidity and juiciness, aged for nine months in concrete eggs. Herbal notes, rhubarb, apple, and red fruit, finished with lift and freshness.

Roter Mulatschak 2024

A juicy, easygoing Austrian red with peppery plum and gentle spice. Light tannins, balanced acidity, and a clean, refreshing finish.

Burgenland Red 2023

A crushable red made from hand-harvested grapes, fermented with semi-carbonic maceration and aged on the lees in stainless steel. Energetic, juicy, and best served slightly chilled.

Prosa Rosé 2024
